First Snow

For 46 years I have lived and worked in Washington County. During that time I have tried to pay close attention to the many farms, especially the houses and barns constructed with the apparently endless amounts of native limestone. And for reasons I cannot fully know, I often put the buildings and animals in falling snow. It’s a feeling I can’t explain.
